Events in November 2015
Winter is fast approaching, so it's not time to sit!
Like everywhere, auch in Casa Ray winter preparations were made: supply of potatoes, carrots, onions, cabbage, beans (some donated by people with big heart, some purchased elsewhere), the flowers that cheered the terraces were collected, leaves which have falled were swept, everything is ready for the snow that we hope to have in the following month. To avoid snowy streets, we made a last trip in November with children from Casa Ray. We were invited to a church from Targu Neamt, not so far from home. The joy of those who have received us has been great, because, although we are quite close, we rarely visited them. (3,4)
If we opened a business in Casa Ray in which to sell natural hair, I think we would go pretty well :) In November, we amused by the pictures "before / after" that we made during trimming. It was a fun time for children and hope will be for you, too. (5,6,7)
Andrusca’s visit, who now is called “our bride”, enchanted everyone, but especially the older girls, who were inseparable from her in the few days that they spent together. Unfortunately, Andrusca has some health problems, she even underwent a surgery, but hopefully the One who was a Father for her throughout her life, now to be her Doctor. (8)
God took care of our needs regarding the thermal comfort for the winter. He put on the heart of two people to make us a great and very helpful joy. You can see this in the picture number 9.
Tymbark company has not forgotten us in November. We were pampered even more than last month! Their tasty and healthy juices were not missing from our daily meals this month. Many other centers for children and the elderly were happy with this new sponsorship, because…”Gift from Gift is Heaven”, right? (10,11,12)
Children from Casa Ray had the honor to being special guests at the inauguration of Social Center named “Samariteanul” in Piatra Neamt. They sang a song that touched many hearts, which have prompted the adults to give their hand to create a better world. The event was attended also by the mayor of Piatra Neamt city, Neamt County Council Chairman, Pentecostal Cult President, President of child protection and many others. (13,14)
Catalina Gavril, one of the daughters in law of Gavril family also hired at Casa Ray, finished her maternity leave, so she went back to work. She started a workshop with children, and because Christmas is approaching, they have done things with this topic. A real art came out from their hands, which we enjoyed very much. We will delight you with these wonders in December. Until then, only a small glimpse. (15,16,17)
The patients of November were Nicu, who has fractured his right leg when he wanted to ride a bike and Vasile, who had quite serious problems with a tooth infection which even affected his physiognomy. Now, at the end of the month, they are completely healed, the problem remains just a memory. (18,19)
Computers received from Germany have been working at full capacity this month. Children had many projects to achieve, a lot of information to search and many games to play :) We are glad that the project has achieved its purpose and many children, even from outside of home (colleagues of our children) were able to work on these computers. (20,21)
